I have a latex allergy, should I be worried about an allergic reaction?

All ZhuZhu Pets are latex free and pass all mandatory toy regulation standards. Recommended for ages 4yr and up.

How many batteries do ZhuZhu pets need?

2 AAA batteries. For the best performance it's recommended to use Alkaline or better batteries.

Why doesn’t my ZhuZhu Pet move the same direction all the time?

The Fish are designed to act randomly and unpredictably. Yours may not act the same each time.

My ZhuZhu Pet makes sounds, but isn’t moving.

If the Pet makes sounds, but the wheels will not turn, open the battery box, then make sure both batteries are firmly seated in position.

My ZhuZhu Pet Doesn’t make sound OR swim/move.

If the Pet does not run or make sounds the batteries may be depleted. Replace with fresh AAA batteries. For best performance and battery life use Alkaline or better.Running time and battery life will depend on play conditions and may vary. Remove the batteries if the Pet is stored for long periods of time.

My ZhuZhu Pet Doesn’t make sound OR swim/move.

If the Pet seems to get stuck moving around in the play sets check all of the snaps and connector junctions. Your Pet works best on smooth, hard, even surfaces. It will not work on carpet or other soft surfaces. Do not use in sand, grass, or wet conditions. Keep fingers, hair, and loose clothing away from the wheels.

Can I put my ZhuZhu Pet in water and watch it swim?

Do NOT let the Pet run in water or sand. This may damage the electronics and gears. If the Pet gets wet for any reason, remove the batteries, and allow the Pet to air-dry overnight before attempting to operate it again.

How do I turn my ZhuZhu Pet “off”?

To make your Pet go to sleep, press the back button while in explore mode. The sleep timer is reset each time the Pet passes over a code in a play set.

Can I wash my ZhuZhu Pet?

Spot clean only, do not soak.
