It’s free! That’s right, there is no cost to visit Zhu-niverse.com. Anyone is welcome to explore and play. However, for the best experience, true Zhu-natics will want to register to the site - which is also free, simple and completely safe.
Is the Zhu-niverse.com a safe place for my child?
Yes, the Zhu-niverse is totally safe and secure. A completely closed site, there is no peer-to-peer interaction. Your child will only be able to interact with furry, funny hamsters and other Zhus. The Zhu-niverse was designed by following all the guidelines set forth by COPPA. So, you can rest assured that while your child is exploring the Zhu-niverse they won’t discover anything that they shouldn’t.

When your child is registered, they will be able to set up a Zhu Zone, which is a special place of their very own in the Zhu-niverse. From the Zhu Zone they will be able to track where they’ve visited, keep up on their toy collections and create a wish list. Parents that register will have access to everything their child does, including their child’s inventories and wish lists!

How do I buy product from the website?
Sorry, ZhuZhu pets aren’t available for sale on Zhuniverse.com, but lucky for you, they are available at most major retailers and toy stores. Please visit our Where to Buy section to find the names of approved retailers! Cepia LLC does not endorse third-party reselling that may result in price gouging.
It’s simple! From the home page, click on My Zhu Zone at the top of the page. Then choose "Create New Account" and follow the instructions to create a Parent account. Once you are logged in as a Parent, you can create a unique username and password for each of your children through the My Zhu Zone page - just click "Add a Child" and follow the instructions on screen. The Zhu-niverse will soon be yours!
Do I need to have ZhuZhu Pets™, Kung Zhu™ or other Zhu Toys to register?
Nope. But the site was created to not only tell the story of the Zhu-niverse, but also to encourage children to play with their physical Zhu toys. So if your child is visiting Zhu-niverse.com and doesn’t have any toys, don’t be surprised if you get a Zhu wish list!
What benefits are there to registering?
Your Zhu-niverse experience will be enhanced! A great benefit is that the site will be able to remember you from previous visits…what parts of the site you’ve been to, your game scores, your collections and your wish list – all locked in the Zhu-niverse memory vault.

Whether your child found a ZhuZhu Pet, Kung Zhu, or another Zhu product they want by clicking through the “Meet” section of the website or by finding a product while exploring the Zhu-niverse, all they have to do is click the “I Want It” icon next to the product. Once clicked, if your child is properly logged in, that product will be immediately added to your child’s wish list.

Badges are little rewards you win by exploring the site. You must be logged in as a registered user in order to collect badges. You can view the badges you've won by visiting the My Zhu Zone profile page.
Where can I get the latest information about the Zhu’s and Zhu products?
Zhu-ZhuPets.com is definitely the place! To get all information about ZhuZhu Pets™, you can click on the “Meet the Zhus” tab at the top of the screen, or the Product Information tab at the bottom of the screen. You can click on the “Zhu’s News” icon at the bottom of the screen to find out everything happening in the Zhu-niverse!
